Oh how I love Arya Therapy Center of New Jersey. Let me count the ways... Their approach to treating a wide variety of mental health challenges using CBT and DBT is so thorough and teaches you skills that actually work. The blending of individual and group therapy with psychiatric care and structured programs such as PHP, IOP, and Outpatient, gives you everything you need to help you get back on your feet and really start to thrive. The staff are wonderful. They welcome you to the program free from judgement. You can really tell they genuinely care about you. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and have created a safe space for whenever life gets heavy. The flexibility they offer with evening telehealth options, like Zoom, is perfect if you have daytime commitments or live out of state. The program and people of Arya Therapy Center have been a total blessing in my life.
